And when it does the whole world pretty much shuts down. I’ll take a free day off to play with my wife & daughter, sip hot chocolate, and watch a movie anytime I can get it. I also like that you can find singing birds, butterflies, and blooming flowers year round. However, today the only bird I saw braving the cold was a spotted towhee cratering the ice in our backyard to get at a few cups of seed my daughter spilled when filling the bird feeder last week.
